Shipping policy

1. Production & Handling Time**

All our custom neon signs are custom hand-crafted to order. 

* **Processing & Production Time: ** 5 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Transit & Shipping Time**

Once your sign is handcrafted and passes quality inspection, it will be dispatched via standard courier.

Standard Shipping (New Zealand):** 4 – 7 business days transit time.

3. Shipping Costs**

* **Standard Shipping:** Free (or specified flat rate at checkout).

* **Custom Shipping Quotes:** For large or complex custom installations, shipping costs will be explicitly detailed in your custom quote.

4. Tracking & Delivery**

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an automated dispatch notification with a courier tracking number. 

5. Damaged or Delayed Packages**

In the rare event that your custom sign arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging for inspection.
