  • Processing Time: Orders take up to 20 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Standard: Free
    • Expedited: $95.00 USD / $125 NZD
  • Delivery Restrictions: We ship worldwide (including the U.S. and territories), but cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (active within 24 hours).
  • Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, tariffs, and taxes.
  • Damaged or Lost Items:
    • Report shipping damage or loss in writing within 15 days of delivery.
    • Keep all original packaging and damaged goods for inspection, or your claim may be denied.
